Automatic product removal tools
Onefeed takes your targets and goals seriously. Everything within the system is focused on the bottom line ROI. We ask you to set your cost of sale targets that are used within the system to evaluate performance of all products at the SKU level. These targets get set on your specific subcategories. The benefits of using product level performance data is that you can remove products from your feed that do not reach these targets. It is a common occurrence that a number of your products will become 'click magnets'. These click magnets may well be some of your best sellers, however if they don't sell then it is a waste paying for these clicks with nothing in return. It is imperative that these products are identified as early as possible before their negative influence brings down your overall performance. Onefeed has developed a 3 tiered system of product performance that pigeon holes products based upon ROI and click data. These pigeon holes are based entirely on your targets that we ask you to set. If a product is over your target it will be designed as bad and you can remove them manually if you wish. Using this type of compartmentalized reporting ensures that you are not wasting money. Removing these bad performers is as simple as clicking a box. These changes in product removal will take effect on the next update of each feed. It is possible to set rules that will remove products from your feed automatically.
It is possible to add different rules to your campaigns that will automatically remove products that do not achieve your cost of sale targets. There are 4 different criteria that you can set to ensure you're not wasting money.
1. Cost of sale - You can set your targets to be a specific cost of sale percentage. If a product goes above this threshold then it will be removed from your feed.
2. Click cost without sales (incremental)- If the cost of the clicks has gone above your product cost of sale target without any sales then you can also set the product to be removed.
3. Number of clicks - You can set the number of clicks that you can allow a product to achieve before the system removes the product.
4. Click cost without sales (fixed) - If a product reaches a pre-determined cost of clicks without a sale then the products will be removed.
These rules have been setup for you to let your products run without any intervention. If setup correctly it is entirely feasible for you to reach and exceed your cost of sale targets without having to do anything! Our scheduler will run your rules every time your feeds update.
