| Company Overview | Founded in 2000 following the mergers of eCommerce sites Zoomit, Dondecomprar and Shopgenie, Kelkoo is the massive price comparison site operating in 10 European countries which was bought by Yahoo for $670 million in 2004. Within 2 years of launching, Kelkoo became Europe's largest e-commerce website after Amazon and Ebay and the largest e-commerce advertising platform both in the UK and Europe. According to Hitwise, the leading online competitive intelligence service, Kelkoo is the UK's favourite shopping comparison site and has been for more than 4 years. |

| CPC structure | Kelkoo opperates a subcategory bidding structure, where you can bid to influence where you are postioned in the list of merchants. Only recently did their algorithm change to include relevancy and popularity. This in essence reduces the reliance on having to pay more to get a more prominiant listing. This however is not the case if you sell brown or white goods. The compare prices element to these areas is always based upon the CPC you are paying. So the more pay the higher up the list you will be. It is not possible to bid in the feed as yet. You need to notify your account manager of the bid level you want to be paying, which they can help you with to get optimum position. |

| Key Areas | Kelkoo is one of those sites that performs well in just about every category. This of course is down to the more realistic CPC rates and their strong market presence. It is unusual for them to not be in the top 2 perfroming sites for each of our merchants. The revenues and cost of sale figures are always strong. Long may it continue! |
