How We Got Here
The story of Onefeed started in 2005 when founder, Richard Wyatt was working at Shopzilla. Shopzilla had just launched into Europe, and the world of feeds and shopping sites was expanding massively. In 2006 Richard left Shopzilla to form a start-up called Shop Submit.
Shop Submit was a journey to help customers get better results from the CPC shopping sites. The fundamental selling point of the business was a software platform that was used to automate feeds and product level bids. At this time there were in excess of 10 CPC shopping sites, all offering quality shopping traffic and there were very few agencies and clients equipped with the tools and expertise to get the most from these sites.
Shop Submit was a management platform specifically designed for managing comparison shopping sites that then became the foundations of the Onefeed system we have today, although we are now on the 6th version of the technology so very little of what we first built remains today.


Onefeed - The Agency
In 2009 Richard started a new business called Onefeed that was to build upon the success of Shop Submit. In the following 17 years the business became a full-blown full service digital agency offering multiple services. Headcount grew significantly and a second office was opened in Manchester.
Then came covid and a massive shock to the system. The Manchester office had to close and the business was forced to change to be a leaner business.
Onefeed was at its peak a well established full-service Digital Agency that worked with in excess of 500 merchants in the UK and abroad. The headcount was well over 25.
Where We Are Now
With the ever changing world of eCommerce and the monumental changes brought on by AI it has become clear that just keeping the software we’ve been developing for 20 years in-house is not the way forwards.
At the start of 2025 the Onefeed software has been going through a transition to become a SAAS platform that gives our clients a major opportunity to take a front seat in managing campaigns and utilizing all the tools we’ve been creating. Our mission is to enable all advertiers in the world of eCommerce totake more control of their advertising and leverage AI, but also keeping tight controls over it.
