We are pleased to announce another brilliant optimisation feature of the Onefeed platform which incorporates a facility to optimise and monitor the product titles you use in your feeds. This new feature goes into the Analyse tab at the top of the navigation bar. One of the great features in the new PLA changes we sent live recently is the facility to grab the impression information from Google which we can use to determine how effective the product titles are. Essentially we can now set as many different product title variants as we want and rotate between them to find the best performing title.
Above is an example of the information at your disposal. As you can see in the image the item that is live has a better CTR, however, it has had fewer impressions. Ultimately we feel with careful monitoring and testing of product titles for clothing and home and garden items it would be possible to generate more sales without changing CPC bids as you get found for more specific searches with more rich data.
The product titles can be changed for any feed which runs through the Onefeed system, however, we only get impression counts from Google so the other feeds will only show clicks and sales data.
